A SWITCH is used to provide the facility to select which of 2 or more options is active.

An Active Option must be selected when the SWITCH selector is created, but may be changed at any time, before or after the containing Call Routing Plan is active.

Before the SWITCH is activated by being used in a plan that is activated, the structure i.e. the number of options available, can be changed:

To edit the SWITCH click the Edit button:

Additional options may be added by clicking 'Add a Row' and rows can be inserted by ticking a Select box and clicking 'Insert before Selected'.

To remove an option tick the Select box of the row to be deleted and then click 'Delete selected'.


Once a Call Routing Plan is active the structure can no longer be changed, but the active option can be changed at any time:

Click the required 'Option Active' radio button, select an Activate Time, and Click Update. The Activate Time will default to immediate activation.
